Chest + Arms Tutorial by KinderCollective Chest + Arms Tutorial by KinderCollective
:iconmythicalmexicanbeast: asked for a guide on the chest area (females in particular) and arms.

This tutorial doesn't get too deep into how to draws arms but more how to connect them to the chest.

Hope this helps Sinners!

Finally! I was able to draw a woman that didn't look like some sick hybrid of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Broly! Thank you so much!

Hourglass... that hit the spot, that's a new way of thinking it ehehe.

I never really thought of that, what I pretty much printed on my mind is that, the females body is composed of two trapezoids facing each other and for males which is a triangle upside down.

BTW, the ball join method, does that mean you have to rely on how it fits the character your creating? or does it have a default ball joint size for each body part?

Aside from my question, I really like this tutorial.
It's simple, creative, and yet again simple, and easy to understand for everyone, thank you very much! :icongreatjobplz:

I always wonder why my art comes out looking weird when I use the "skeleton" or "stick figure" Technique.
This will help a lot. Thanks.

In that first pose, since the figure is nude, the breasts should lift and separate.....unless you were going for a saggy look.

Yay. I'm not the only one who uses the "piece together a doll" method~ (Well, I only recently started doing that, but I find it truly is quite useful.)
